Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 3–7 days of delivery.
- Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered are eligible for return.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after the allowed return period
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned items.
- Approved refunds will be sent via the original payment method (bank transfer).
- Processing time may take 7 business days.
Replacement Option
- Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.
- Replacement delivery time depends on location.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
