Returns and Refund Policy

At Prudent IT Resources Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 3–7 days of delivery.
  • Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered are eligible for return.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned items.
  • Approved refunds will be sent via the original payment method (bank transfer).
  • Processing time may take 7 business days.

Replacement Option

  • Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.
  • Replacement delivery time depends on location.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy requirements.
